Q. I ordered wedding favors with personalized tags; I got my favors
but where are my tags?
A. Personalized tags ship separate please allow at least 7 days
for shipping.
Q. When I received my merchandise it was damaged. What do I
do?
A. Although, we package our items very carefully on occasion an
item might get damaged during the shipping process. If the box is
crushed and damaged then you must file a claim with ups you need
to file this claim usually in 24hrs. If you have any questions please

Q. What is your tax rate?
A. We will only charge sales tax to Indiana residents of 6%
Q. I bought an item from you and later I found a lower cost but you
wouldn't beat that price why?
A. We either wouldn't beat the cost because it was a knock off,
there shipping prices were way to high thus allowing them to
appear to have a lower cost, there item was not in stock or
available or there ad was not current.
Q. I placed an order and its been a few days, why haven't I
received my merchandise?
A. You ordered either a personalized item which may take a little
longer or your item is out of stock.
Q. What if My order is out of stock?
A. Although we try our hardest to stay current with our stock levels
on occasion an item might be out of stock when you place your
order. You will either receive a call or email regarding when your
item is needed and if we feel that we can fulfill the deadline then
your credit card will be processed.
Q. How do you ensure my privacy is safe?
A. We will not share or sell any information that you give us your

a secure server which encrypts all of your information that is used in

A. When you purchase your items you will receive a confirmation

Q. I live outside the US and Canada and ordered my merchandise
and I have not been charged for shipping, why?
A. Due to the varying prices in shipping internationally we will
charge you the exact cost of shipping priority mail international
once your product has been shipped.
Q. I am shipping a product outside the US and Canada, how long
will it take to receive my merchandise?
A. Please allow us 2-4 weeks to ship your merchandise due to
extra paperwork and possible customs delays. So please order in
a timely manner.
